Frequently Asked Questions
Can guests choose their designs?
– Yes, we have menu of our designs and guests can choose any from it.
Indoor vs outdoor venues
– Since cotton candy and humid weather are not a good mix, this will affect the quality of our cotton candy. It will become sticky or may melt easily. It will also difficult for us to create the designs.
We want an outdoor venue, how can you service us?
– Depending on the weather, we can still provide the service. However, if unforeseen circumstances, we may need to downgrade from package with design to just simple round shape. Our staff will advise you onsite.
What is your prefer venue setup?
– Nothing special. A good room temperature or air-conditioned (but not directly at it) will be ideal.
Can we upgrade (to cotton candy design) on the spot?
– Of course! We want you and your guests to enjoy! Just let us know so we can help you. Corresponding costs will be discussed.
Your staff cannot do the designs
– All of our staffs are trained. For cases that they are unable to, they inform our office right away and we will talk to the client should there be a need to after assessment. But this situation is highly unlikely.
We were not able to consume all the cotton candies
– Part of the contract is that the cotton candies will be consumed at the venue. Clients may opt to ask for cotton candy cups for the excess, however, the cups will have a very minimal fee. Inform us ahead of time if you will opt for this service.
What type of wattage do you need?
– One machine has 1050W. You may advise the event organizer or the venue manager with this specification. We will need to be near the outlet as much as possible.
How long is your service?
– Maximum of 4 hrs per event. Anything above will be charged on a per hour basis. Suggest to provide us with the duration so we can also prepare the supplies.
The event will not push thru, can we cancel and get a refund?
– Refund for the downpayment will be on a case to case basis. We can discuss this with you. The scope of refund will also be part of our contract.
